Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using Quizite, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using Quizite on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation to these terms.
Use of service
You may use Quizite only for lawful educational purposes. You agree not to misuse the platform, including attempting to reverse-engineer the AI systems, scrape data, or use the service in any way that violates applicable law.
Account responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at support@quizite.com if you suspect unauthorised access.
Content ownership
You retain ownership of the quiz content you create. By using Quizite, you grant us a limited licence to use that content to provide and improve the service. Student responses remain the property of the student and the educational institution.
Subscription and payment
Paid plans are billed in advance. Annual plans are non-refundable after 14 days. Monthly plans may be cancelled at any time and will not be renewed at the end of the billing period. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may cancel your account at any time from your account settings. Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days before deletion, during which time you may export it.
Limitation of liability
Quizite is provided 'as is'. We make no warranties about the accuracy or reliability of AI-generated content. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Quizite's liability is limited to the amount paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
