Information we collect
We collect information you provide directly — such as your name, email address, and school name when you register. We also collect information about how you use Quizite, including quiz content you create, student responses, and usage data. We do not collect sensitive personal information beyond what is needed to provide our service.
How we use your information
We use the information we collect to provide and improve Quizite, communicate with you about your account, generate SOLO analytics and reports, and ensure the security of our platform. We do not use student data for advertising purposes or to build profiles beyond what is necessary for the service.
Student data
Quizite is designed with FERPA-aligned practices for educational use. Student data is owned by the educational institution and is used solely to provide assessment and analytics services. We do not sell, share, or rent student data to third parties for advertising. School plans can request a Data Processing Agreement.
Data security
Data is encrypted in transit (TLS). We use industry-standard hosting and access controls. We are building toward formal compliance certifications and will update this policy as our security program matures. Contact privacy@quizite.com for current security documentation.
Data retention
We retain account data for as long as your account is active. Quiz data and student responses are retained for the duration of your subscription. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us at privacy@quizite.com.
Your rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your personal data. To exercise these rights, contact us at privacy@quizite.com. We will respond within 30 days.
